Job Overview

Our partner, Quanthub is hiring a Customer Success Manager to oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring delightful experiences and fostering referenceable relationships. As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, onboarding, adoption, problem-solving, product improvement, and value growth. Join the team and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and assist in increasing client engagement
  • Build business cases that prove the ROI of leveraging the platform to ensure renewal and expansion
  • Demonstrate the platform to current customers and new stakeholders within their organization
  • Engagement
  • Drive revenue by successfully managing all phases of the upselling and cross selling process
  • Build and maintain excellent client relations
  • Engage executives, data science decision makers and L&D managers
  • Guide new customers through adoption and engagement
  • Effectively collaborate and prioritize alongside an innovative product team
  • Guide contracting and renewal process
  • Manage engagement marketing campaigns for customers to drive software adoption
  • Help close pipeline deals identified by the sales team, and grow those to highly satisfied accounts


Requirements

  • Undergrad in engineering or a similar technical degree. MBA or similar preferred.
  • Understanding of the sales process
  • Understanding of data science preferred
  • Project management and/or customer relationship experience
  • 2+ years in the consulting space.
  • Some travel required (5 days per month)
