We are searching for a Project Manager, Creative – Digital Marketing to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the creative process of digital assets globally with a focus on CRM. As Project Manager, Creative you will be responsible for FMIC CRM timelines, resource allocations, stakeholder reviews, status meetings, and agency relations. This role will be responsible for the oversight of asset production including, emails, SMS, MMS, website pop-ups, and other digital assets.
What you'll do:
- Work with CRM and functional teams for the creation and approval of production assets
- Manage external production team in the design and development of CRM assets deliverables.
- Assist functional teams in the project brief and project description development as needed.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, reprioritize as needed, and consistently deliver on time.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Oversee CRM production resources, workflow, approvals, and schedules.
- Communicate project status to internal stakeholders, leadership, and functional partners.
What you have:
- Extensive knowledge of Project Management Systems.
- Business operations background, be detail driven and have excellent problem solving and program management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience developing, training, and managing process.

Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $66,400/yr - $132,800/yr.
