Marketing Project Manager Jobs

Adecco Creative & Marketing is recruiting a Marketing Project Manager for a large airline company!

The position will range from administrative support to management of vendors with legal contract drafting and invoicing, coordination of ad and marketing collateral, planning, liaison with inside and outside partners, assets, allocations, timelines, yearly special projects calendar update, and strategy development.

What you will be doing:

• Work and partner with creative team
• You will be the point of contact and facilitate communication with internal and external partners.
• Manage deadlines of all stages including calendar planning, strategy, production, assets delivery, and budget monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communicator with the ability to write clearly and quickly to communicate with internal and external partners
• Strong organization skills and methodic to managing assets development and delivery
• Strong knowledge or background in the marketing and ads field and industry
• Know when and what questions to ask in order to gain an understanding of a task or needs
• Experience in WorkFront and Salesforce preferred
• Qualified candidates will have 4-8 years working as a project manager within a corporate environment or an agency
• Like working independently within a wider team
