Title: Digital Marketing Assistant

• Core skill-set requirements include copywriting, graphic design and social media publishing,
• The successful candidate will work easily and effectively across multiple workgroups and projects, while receiving guidance, and critiques from multiple sources
• The Digital Marketing Assistant is a multi-faceted role that includes supporting marketing efforts, video studio operations and subscriber-centric outreach services.
• The role also involves assisting the manager with a variety of task relating to the operation of the digital studio, including guest communications and production logistics.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities for this position include:

• The development of digital marketing / promotional materials for inclusion in email campaigns, social med posts, video development and website knowledge centers
• The virtual attendance at industry and company events to support the presentation teams and maintain awareness of market condition and subscriber wants and needs.
• Graphics design development for a wide variety of digital marketing and video productions
• Distribution of email marketing campaigns, knowledgebase articles, and social media posts

Expectations:

• Will stay up to date on the features, benefits and functionalities of job-specific applications.
• The team member shall be on-camera and business-presentable at all remote internal and external events and meetings.
• Become proficient in Listing Management, Matrix, Realist and Aculist applications.
• The team members will work primarily from their home office as remote employees. But, on occasion, may be required to attend events and meetings at our Sunnyvale headquarters, or other job-related locations.
• Willingness and ability to learn how to use new tools.
• Business-level proficiency with Adobe creative tools, and top-tier social media platforms
• Prompt and professional communications with subscribers, colleagues and leadership
• The organization works West Coast hours, and this position must be fully available during this daily timeslot.

Qualifications:

• Website development skills gets bonus-points.
• Video editing skills gets bonus-points.
• Experience with Constant Contact, Salesforce or Pardot gets bonus points.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• Experience in real estate or real estate software applications gets bonus points.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, MS Office, MS Teams, MS Share Point, Zoom, and social media platforms.
