About The Opportunity


  • You will be responsible for handling all administrative duties and assisting with the smooth running of daily operations while working in our division that delivers health and social care services
  • Our top client currently has an opportunity available for a Project Administrator to support their latest ground-up commercial projects


Project Administrator Responsibilities


  • Obtain required project information (Material and equipment pricing)
  • Follow up on time and material billing
  • Control warranties, closeout documents, and submittals
  • Assembling bid packets


Project Administrator Qualifications


  • LEED expertise is a plus
  • Though not needed, construction industry expertise is appreciated, and knowledge of heavy construction is a huge advantage
  • Competent in Word, Excel, and Adobe
