About The Opportunity


  • You will play a crucial role in managing the information flow between the owner, other project stakeholders, and the general contractor as well as subcontractors
  • You will also support the design process and approvals process
  • A pioneer and one of the top companies in the Contractor industry is currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager/Estimator to join their growing team


Senior Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Project planning
  • Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates
  • Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion
  • Using estimation software to perform and estimate takeoffs


Senior Project Manager Qualifications


  • 5–10 years of experience managing building projects, or estimating electrical construction
  • Efficient coordination and communication abilities
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office
