About The Opportunity


  • Your main objective will be to acquire data, analyze crucial metrics, and carry out routine risk assessments in order to create accurate estimate reports for projects
  • Our top client currently has an opportunity available for an Estimator to support their latest ground-up commercial projects


Estimator Responsibilities


  • Facilitation of owner contracts and permitting
  • Knowledgeable about GMP and lump sum contract kinds
  • Complete huge commercial estimates from start to finish
  • Follow the processes and procedures for estimation and pre-construction


Estimator Qualifications


  • Someone who likes estimates and numbers
  • A potential hire with On Screen takeoff knowledge
  • Must have Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
  • 1–5+ years of experience in a position related to construction with knowledge of estimates for significant commercial projects
