About The Opportunity


  • They will also support the design process and the approvals process
  • The PM will play a crucial role in managing the information flow between the sub-general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders
  • Our top client currently has an opportunity available for a Senior Project Manager to support their latest ground-up commercial projects


Senior Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Processing of modification orders and payment requests
  • Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion
  • Project planning
  • Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates


Senior Project Manager Qualifications


  • Preferable public speaking experience
  • Construction management expertise of at least five to ten years is preferable
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office
