About The Opportunity


  • You will be assisting in compiling information for outside accountants' audits and income tax return preparation
  • A pioneer and one of the top companies in the construction industry is currently looking for an experienced Construction Controller to join their growing team


Construction Controller Responsibilities


  • Oversees the creation of documentation for subcontractors
  • Supervises the establishment of the standard file structure in collaboration with Operations
  • Notifies the Senior Project Controller of any exceptions or rules that have been broken
  • Together with the project manager, establishes and update the project budget and cost reports


Construction Controller Qualifications


  • Accounting, finance, or a similar field as a Bachelor's degree
  • Five or more years of experience in public accounting, or experience as an assistant controller
  • Knowledge of cost accounting is necessary
