What are we Hiring For?

We are hiring a Program Manager to join our Chatsworth, CA operation.

What will you be doing?

The Program Manager plans and manages new and on-going programs and/or projects in support of new license implementation; Leads 10-15 cross-functional team members; Assist Director and executive team with strategic and tactical duties of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling Ontic programs, initiatives, short- and long-term organizational plans, budgets, personnel, and functions in licensing and manufacturing aviation legacy products; Set and adjust the business practices; Participate in pre-award evaluations of potential adoptions (product transitions); Participate in licensor relationship management; Drive successful project closure and hand off to functional departments.

What Experience, Knowledge, Education are we Looking for?

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Science; PMP or similar certification desirable; 5 or more years in Program or Project Management within technical Engineering Environments; Background Aerospace Industry Preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar application; Microsoft Office; Problem-Solving and Conflict Managment Abilities.

Compensation Pay Range

$85k-$100k yearly.
