Job Description

Title: Program Manager

Duration: Long-term Contract

Location: San Bruno, CA(Hybrid)


Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear and actionable project plans and operational processes that drive visibility across all initiatives to drive visibility and accountability across the organization.
  • Support product teams with PRD and spec development
  • Identify and execute data sources to reveal new stories about how to improve operating efficiencies.
  • Escalate and resolve issues as suitable.
  • Drive operational efficiencies across product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Provide clear communications up and down to management and across teams through weekly updates and KPIs.
  • Responsible for leading cross-functional teams on the development and execution of product and other business-led initiatives and/or partnerships, including establishing roles and responsibilities, timelines, tracking & reporting and operating cadence.
  • Drive initiatives including identity issues, creating hypotheses, executing the analysis, and translating data into meaningful insights and actions.


Qualifications:

  • 4-5years' experience in a program management capacity with large-scale complex project
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with an exceptional ability to communicate new ideas and findings.
  • Customer Centric: Passion for helping customers and service oriented.
  • BA/BS degree from a top school
  • Intellectually curious with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Thrives under pressure and under ambiguity, balancing multiple work streams and priorities.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results, and doing so while driving multiple programs.
  • Team player who is a self-starter and is able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Collaborative and able to multi-task while working with different stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and EQ skills
  • Experience in methodologies, Agile, and SAFe.
  • Detail-oriented and can be in the weeds but can know when to zoom back out and see the forest for the trees.
