• 2 years of experience in a technology company, or working with enterprise technology clients.
• 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, product management, product strategy, or operations.

• Experience leading complex operational/strategic initiatives.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across organizational lines and borders.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
• MBA or Graduate degree in Management, Technical, or Engineering field.

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.
Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.
In this role, you will drive a strategic narrative to ensure alignment across Product/Engineering and other critical stakeholders. You will partner with executive leadership, cross-functional teams and the rest of the Product Operations team.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000-$246,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a transparent and predictable operating cadence and calendar.
• Identify information gaps and opportunities across all levels of the organization, develop programs, tools, and communications to address these gaps.ls, and communications to address these gaps.
• Ensure product strategy is communicated effectively and consistently and cascades to the broader organization including cross-functional groups.
• Manage Product Leadership team and product strategy summits, partnering with leads to craft agendas will shape products, priorities and teams.
• Partner with the Product roadmap teams to keep the strategy narratives and product roadmap aligned and with other internal stakeholders.
