We are partnering with our client to assist with their search for a Program Manager. Our client is an independent, national nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families struggling with mental health and learning disorders. They work to deliver the highest standards of care, advance the science of the developing brain, and empower parents, professionals, and policymakers to support children when and where they need it most.
The Program Manager will work with the product and partnership teams to lead the development, planning, and implementation of programming for the Next Generation Digital Therapeutics (NGDT) team. The Program Manager will identify and manage all operational needs for the successful execution of multiple projects.
You will work closely with the Head of Strategic Alliances to define objectives and scope, identify risks, define requirements, and drive the execution of projects. You’ll guide these projects through their entire lifecycle, and be responsible for clearly communicating status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive partners. This position requires a proven ability to track, prioritize, manage, and execute multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities:
- Partner across teams to drive operations focused on strategic initiatives.
- Effectively set timelines and manage cross-functional teams to meet deadlines through proactive management of milestones, blockers, scope, shifting priorities, and risks.
- Facilitate cross-departmental processes in partnership with SMEs and drive efficiency.
- Drive the execution of multiple simultaneous projects with a focus on products and partnerships.
- Build relationships and collaborate closely with the internal teams.
- Utilize program management best practices to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the PMO team development by building repeatable project management processes and standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in clinical or research domains.
- Collaborative nature with the ability to work across clinicians, researchers, educators, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to handle multiple projects.
- Navigate ambiguity with ease.
- Solutions focused with the ability to connect the dots between individual projects to achieve NGDT goals.
- Experience driving cross-functional projects and interfacing with a variety of internal and external collaborators.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA).
- Required: 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in the technology and non-profit industries.
- Strong people skills and understanding of products.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Preferred: Experience working with software and mobile apps.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $177,000 annually. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
