A leading tech company is seeking a Project Manager - Non Tech. The successful candidate will support the Sales Enablement and Readiness Director. Project Manager - Non Tech Pay And Benefits

• 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment
• Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Redmond, WA (Onsite for local candidates) or Remote (for non local candidates))
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• Hourly pay: $45/hr

Project Manager - Non Tech Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

Project Manager - Non Tech Qualifications

• Able to collaborate with internal MSFT employees or external vendors stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years experience required.
• Willing to take responsibility, well organized, comfortable to speak in front of people and ask questions.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
• Comfortable with Dashboard and metrics as a user (not creating) – more reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Teams etc.
• Very well organized and able to manage multiple projects with different stakeholders and teams.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Collaboration aspect – skills to challenge people in a positive way.
• Comfortable leveraging Teams, experience in project tracking tools, keeping everyone accountable and adhering to timeline.
• Strong writing skills, eg if there is a new feature in CRM and needs someone to write a one pager summary on the feature, being able to that kind of writing, how to present that feature etc in an easy to understand manner and also some visual presentation – experience with documentation.
• Able to manage the project processes and timelines.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Compensation: From $45.00 to $45.00 per hour
