We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Player Account Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the player account experience, ensuring seamless registration, login, and account management functionalities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI Design, Customer Support, and Marketing, to define and deliver a best-in-class player account management solution.


What you'll do as a Product Manager I:


  • Contribute to the development and execution of the product strategy for player account management, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand user requirements and pain points related to player account management.
  • Conduct regular competitive research and analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to perform A/B testing and user research to validate hypotheses and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, market research, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to ensure the successful development, testing, and delivery of player account management features and enhancements.
  • Define and maintain a roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term product initiatives, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics related to player account management, such as user conversion rates, registration/login times, and user engagement.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including functional specifications, wireframes, and user flows.
  • Recommend innovative solutions and features that differentiate our player account management offering and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with UX/UI Designers to create intuitive and user-friendly account management interfaces, optimizing the user journey and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Translate user needs into clear and detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring a shared understanding across cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, usability enhancements, and optimization opportunities.
  • Work with Customer Support and User Research teams to gather user feedback, address user issues, and drive engagement and adoption of player account features.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices.


What you'll bring:


  • 2+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the online sports betting or iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of player account management systems and online user account lifecycles.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Passion for sports and a strong interest in the online betting industry is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $89,600.00 - $134,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
