Remote
The Alexander Technology Group is searching for a Director of Product Management to join a SaaS company as a full time remote employee. The client is looking for a candidate with SaaS solutions experience who can lead a team of product managers as well as provide clear leadership and hands on knowledge. Experience
  • Strong product experience and intuition for the end user.
  • You have expert knowledge of SaaS software development with experience in a variety of Agile environments
  • Experience with SaaS solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and are willing and able to develop teams to come up with solutions to diverse and complex problems
  • Working experience in the Education/Non-Profit Sectors and/or Advancement or Fundraising is a plus
  • 3+ years of lead or in a leadership position providing direct, hands-on experience to develop a team.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS Product Management roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Role
  • Define, track, and communicate metrics that help understand how well initiatives are meeting objectives
  • Coordinate implementation of product and process improvements to deliver amazing customer experiences
  • Develop and lead a team of Product Managers, aligning around key objectives and strategic vision for key projects to empower leadership at all levels
  • Engaged with customers and internal teams, prioritizing solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with senior leadership, stakeholders, and product teams within the company to integrate solutions
