The Asset Management Strategic Advisers, Product & Pricing Finance team is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Pricing Finance to direct a team of two associates that support product and pricing requests for registered and non-registered products. The team partners with the AM Product organization, Consultant Relations, Sales and Relationship Management as well as Distribution Finance to draft proposals that are reviewed by the Retail and Institutional pricing Committees and the AM Senior Leadership team.


You will explore a wide range of data, from industry/competitive information to distribution demographics, providing informative analysis for business leaders in making pricing decisions. The person in this role will require an analytical demeanor, leadership and teamwork skills, comprehensive problem solving, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity. You and your team will deliver strategic insights and analysis that advise business strategy and decision making for product pricing as well as measure and evaluate business performance and track progress against key initiatives.


The Role


You will lead a team of two analysts that provides key financial analysis for new product requests, proposals to re-price existing products and tracking progress against key pricing initiatives.


The Expertise and Skills You Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with a minimum of 8+ years of work experience in a Finance role; MBA preferred
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to analyze sophisticated issues, synthesize key points, and communicate information in a concise manner appropriate for executive business decision making
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with proven business and financial competence
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication
  • Experience supporting multiple simultaneous cross-functional initiatives
  • Your project management skills help you drive simultaneous progress on multiple cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • Deep understanding of the products available to Fidelity’s customers
  • Previous experience leading a team of associates
  • Strong software skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, FCAP, PowerBI, DOMO and Simfund
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize results
  • Knowledge of investment management industry and understanding of Fidelity's systems / revenue structures is ideal
  • Confirmed intellectual curiosity and experience related to building informative financial models
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit both independent thinking and good judgment
  • You possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, end-to-end thinking, and apply these skills universally to your work
