Zone & Co’s Product team is hiring a Product Manager for ZoneBilling!

The Product Manager role will play a crucial part in our rapid Product Development lifecycle for ZoneBilling, Zone’s flagship Built for NetSuite SuiteApp, an all-in-one Billing and Revenue solution. The Product team is rapidly growing, embarking on a multitude of new initiatives in 2023, and seeking to drive ongoing success for Zone’s customers.
About the Job:
Reporting to the Director of Product, this key position involves providing expertise, oversight, and structure to inform ZoneBilling development. Working within Agile methodology, the Product Manager will communicate daily with stakeholders across the Product team, as well as NetSuite developers and managers.
Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills will be necessary to succeed in this multifaceted role, which involves tasks from grooming requirements for product features to running QA and regression tests. The ideal candidate will be able to tailor their communication to engage with many different audiences appropriately. They will also be highly organized, excited about working independently and owning responsibilities, and excellent at follow-through. Using well-practiced analysis skills, the Product Manager should be able to analyze and document complex requirements, leading a team of Business Analysts to further execute on these needs across product initiatives.
Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Participating in Daily Stand-ups and other designated Agile Ceremonies
• Identifying and documenting functional requirements for product enhancements identified by the Product Director
• Frequently communicating across all levels of the Product organization regarding Sprint status and progress
• Collaborating with a team of Developers to track progress or flag blockers
• Driving Product Development cycles and timelines in alignment with the Product Director’s goals
• Interfacing with multiple departments and stakeholders to inform product solutions, participating in internal discussions as a NetSuite and ZoneBilling expert, and managing feedback from internal Zone teams
• Managing Sprints and Stories in JIRA
• Working to build constant process improvement and efficiency gains
• Leading QA of active product development, as well as regression testing to ensure backwards compatibility

Requirements
Product Manager Requirements:

• Ability to create documentation that is clear, concise, and thorough
• Experience successfully managing projects on concentrated timelines / towards hard deadlines
• Illustrated knowledge of the Order-to-Cash or Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle in an enterprise cloud solution
• Robust communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Basic proficiency in JIRA and data management
• Significant experience documenting business processes and requirements
• A team player with exceptional organizational skills & a capacity to “manage up”
• Experience with Story Grooming, Sizing, and other preparatory activities
• Experience working directly with a team of developers
• Experience managing or heavily participating in a Product Development lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A successful track record of remote work with positive references
• 3-5 years of proven experience in functional analysis or business analysis
• Exposure to Agile development framework

Product Manager Would-be-awesome-but-not-required:

• Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com and CPQ functionality
• Enterprise software implementation experience
• Basic knowledge of SuiteScript or javascript
• Project management experience
• Experience as a team lead/mentor
• Software QA experience
• 3+ years of NetSuite experience as an Administrator or Super User
• UI or UX design experience
