Job Description
KBW Finance and Accounting has partnered with a privately held import/export company located in Framingham, MA in their search for a Finance Manager. This position reports to the CEO and will be responsible for accounting and finance for the US.


This opportunity will be on-site to start with some flexibility down the road.


Responsibilities


  • Manage banking relationship
  • Management of AP/AR process
  • Currency hedging
  • Managing budget and sales forecast process and performing monthly variance analysis and P&L review
  • Develop end to end financial process
  • Oversight of Payroll (7 employees(
  • Manage third party audit
  • Managing invoicing process


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree - Finance or Accounting
  • Management/leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience


Salary up to $150K DOE.
