Sr Manager, Finance Jobs

Hologic is seeking to add a Senior Finance Manager to its FP&A team. The Senior Finance Manager will be an integral team member responsible for providing critical analysis and insights to drive business decisions within the GYN Surgical Division. He/she will provide financial support to the Division with 2 direct reports and significant exposure to Division senior leadership. The position will report to the Senior Finance Director, Surgical FP&A.

Description of Position Responsibilities:

• Develop new reporting tools, i.e. brand-level revenue analytics, R&D portfolio prioritization metrics
• Identify, recommend and implement reporting and process enhancements that improve speed, quality and compliance of decision-making
• Advise key business partners across Marketing, Sales and R&D by providing robust financial data, interpretation and analysis needed to make informed business decisions
• Perform financial analysis and modeling for ad-hoc special projects
• Manage, lead and develop two experienced Financial Analysts
• Research finance and accounting issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Empower direct reports via coaching, mentoring and accountability to drive initiatives that improve organizational productivity and effectiveness
• Lead and support executive-level presentations and reports, including significant exposure to and engagement with Division President and VP-level directs, and Corporate FP&A senior leadership
• Execute primary Division financial deliverables including annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting and ad-hoc analysis

Knowledge and Skills:

• Intermediate experience with manipulating data using Microsoft Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communications skills
• Demonstrated leadership capability and team management
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
• General understanding of Accounting and Finance Principles
• Understanding of ERP systems & planning tools, preferably Oracle & Hyperion
• Ability to engage and influence senior business partners both inside and outside Finance function
• Strong managerial, planning, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with revenue and P&L forecasting & analysis

What We Expect:

• Professional license (CPA, CMA, etc.) preferred
• MBA preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Proven track record of people leadership
• 8+ years related experience

The annualized base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $199,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
