Allurion is seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our digital product team in developing cutting-edge solutions for our consumers, healthcare providers, and team members. Together, we are on a mission to end obesity and empower millions of patients worldwide. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with a talented and diverse team of professionals, including product managers, developers, data scientists, engineers, UX designers, content specialists, behavioral psychologists, and customer support specialists.

What You'll Do:

• Remote work within the USA (Eastern/Central time zones).
• Drive data-driven decisions for impactful outcomes.
• Stay ahead in the digital consumer and health industry.
• Lead Agile product management, setting strategy, understanding customer needs, and creating roadmaps.
• Communicate effectively, adapt to different audiences, and foster collaboration.
• Comprehend business models and align with company goals.
• Utilize technical expertise to make informed decisions on app development, scalability, and security.

What we’re looking for:

• Comfort with app development tools and processes.
• Excellent communication and passion for our mission.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of software technology experience.
• Data-driven mindset and statistical knowledge.
• Strong customer focus and collaboration skills.
