We have an incredible opportunity for an AI and Data Director.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Analyze data to drive useful insights for clients to address core business issues or to drive strategic outcomes.
- Leads efforts to develop resources and infrastructure to support agencies’ productive and responsible use of AI.
- Develop and lead regular reviews with the senior executives and cross-functional peers.
- Define product features and requirements for FTTH connectivity and controls, setting usability and performance standards.
- Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions.
- Co-analyze performance metrics of device connectivity and management products to recommend product improvements.
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience.
- Partner closely with internal information and technology and platform teams (Software Engineering, IT, Billing, Supply Chain) to deliver and scale platform releases together.
- Drives alignment between Business Unit Sales and Country/Territory Sales teams to enable product strategies, roadmaps, plans and program execution to satisfy local customer needs.
- Work with other internal business and product teams to build business models for new technology and product opportunities.
- Enable a metrics-driven culture by setting measurable goals for teams, leaders and self.
- Define and drive the establishment of a FTTH development platform for internal innovation.
- Co-develop reporting metrics, performance benchmarks and dashboards to motivate and hold the organization accountable to deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Collaborates with other IT units and Department teams to support data infrastructure needs, consulting with agencies on questions of AI use and governance and working with Research & Collaboration colleagues to develop tools to support each.
- Perform special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Oversee milestones, project timelines, and budget.
- Develop and maintain a communications plan for stakeholders and process participants.
- Build, motivate, inspire and develop a team of highly skilled professionals to deliver a measurably superior FTTH Platform and consumer experiences.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on company policy and planning.
- Lead business development discussions with partners and vendors.
What we are looking for:
- The ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team environment and be deadline oriented
- A minimum of three years showing, promoting, and selling technical products and/or services
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of data center market and the design win process, with the ability to gain knowledge across Intel's complete product line and communicate to a broad set of customers in several vertical segments
- Ten plus years of experience influencing and managing customer relationships in data center environment
- This includes knowledge and skills in marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Engineering or Business
