Product Manager – 100% Remote Jobs

StaffGrabbers is exclusively partnered with a 300-person, VC-backed software company on a 100% remote Product Manager search. There are TWO open positions both of which will help spearhead a new early-stage product.

Compensation depends on experience but is up to 170K base + bonus/equity.

Our client is backed by a few top-tier VC firms and was recently recognized as one of the “next billion-dollar startups” to watch. They build software for the transportation / logistics / shipping industry and are changing the way cargo is delivered across the United States. They have 300-employees currently.

This Product Manager will work alongside a 15-person Product & Design team, plus a few additional Product Analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead your assigned product and become the go-to-expert
• Work collaboratively with customer care, engineering, UI/UX, sales, and other internal teams to turn your product vision into life.
• Act as the “voice of the customer” and prioritize updates & features as needed
• Create and build materials needed to support your ideas – this might be prototypes, images, documentation, stories, data analysis, or market research

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA a plus)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong people skills and the ability to influence and advocate for your ideas
• At least three years of experience in a product role
• Prior experience with UI/UX design tools is a strong plus (but not required)
• Prior experience with a B2C software application a plus but not required
