We are seeking a talented individual to help Forbes Marketplace build a best-in-class product experience. We are in search of a technical, thoughtful person who is willing to apply their experience and creativity to a rapidly growing business.
As the Product Manager for CRM you will be responsible for our lead collection, sign-up forms, user management, and other major interaction points with our readers.
The role will collaborate closely with the Design and Engineering teams as well as business stakeholders, Analytics, and the SEO organization.
We are looking for a self-starter who can understand a concept, learn our toolset, and quickly begin to build products which reinforce and then build up on the vision of Forbes Marketplace.
The position reports to our SVP of Product Management. This is a remote role with no required travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Owner of a key part of Forbes Marketplace infrastructure
  • Making clear progress towards product- and vertical-specific revenue goals
  • Define and build new products that will be used across all our properties
  • Performance competitive and landscape analysis, developing an expertise in key verticals
  • Maintaining a high quality user experience
  • Understand key goals and performance indicators and create a roadmap for achieving them.
Qualifications:
  • Strong business intuition and the ability to use it to build internet products
  • Strong web fundamentals and the ability to work directly with engineering
  • Analytical mindset that is able to understand the capturing of data and use it to make decisions
  • Expertise in user management, user data handling, and sign-up flows
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly explain a technical solution to stakeholders
  • 4-8 years consumer-facing product management experience on a publishing, e-commerce, or SaaS platform
  • Experience with user authentication and login
