Who We Need:

We are searching for a Product Delivery Manager to join the crew! As our ideal Product Delivery Manager, you will oversee the entire product delivery process from ideation to launch and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high degree of quality. You will also play a key role in managing stakeholder expectations, communicating project progress to executives, and driving alignment between different teams and departments.

If you have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both product and project management methodologies and best practices, we’d love to chat.

**This is a REMOTE position, based in the U.S. Some travel will be required.**

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the Director of Product on creating delivery KPI’s and metrics.
• Use creativity to work through problems or negotiate compromises.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Represent Product Delivery in scrum team ceremonies
• Own the execution of the delivery plans.
• Research/Recommend/Implement a method or tool(s) for tracking delivery progress
• Have a seat at the table for product planning and prioritization.
• Report on KPI’s and delivery metrics.
• Have a deep understanding of the objectives/goals for each product workstream and the priorities of each Product Manager.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to solve problems and remove blockers
• Partner with the Product Managers on deliverables for their individual workstreams and build delivery plans.
• Balance the need for quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the Product team and Director of Product on the ReadyRemit roadmap – understanding the organizational goals for the Product and customer commitments.
• Take on other tasks or challenges to help the team.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to create and manage a Release Calendar.

As our ideal Product Delivery Manager, you have:

• A “let’s figure it out and get it done” approach.
• Highly organized – strong attention to detail.
• Experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master (mid-to-senior level experience).
• Comfort communicating to all levels within an organization – strong presentation skills.
• Know “enough to be dangerous” about software development processes and “talk the talk” with Engineering.
• The ability to hold people accountable.
• Experience and comfort with negotiating.
• A positive attitude and friendly/approachable personality.
• Experience working with project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Productboard, Trello).

We’ll give you extra credit for:

• Experience in the Payments industry or other financial services industry.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
