Veeva Training Coordinator (100 % Remote)

As Intellia’s VEEVA Training Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the evolution of the Veeva Learning Management System to meet the challenges of compliance in late-stage clinical drug product and commercial drug product. The VEEVA Training Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development and day to day of the Training program. This role will act as interdepartmental liaison to various groups within Intellia as we support multi modalities within the cell and gene therapy space.

Job Functions: (Primary essential duties and responsibilities)

• Develop training curricula for employee functions: Evaluate and revise Job Roles and curricula assignment

• Provide training expertise and consultation in support of the VEEVA Training model and process.

• Publish and assign training courses and training materials

• Evaluate the learning needs of individuals, functions, and the organization.

• Facilitates the escalation of and resolution for issues connected to the learning management system and/or external tools

• Coordinate with various IT staff to ensure successful deployments

• Evaluate and implement work process improvements

• Design, maintain and distribute reports within the system

• Identify and communicate potential opportunities for process and quality improvements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with e-Learning training system VEEVA

• Knowledge of curriculum design

• Ability to multi-task, and handle a number of projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively with all employees at all levels

• Strong working knowledge of cGxPs and international regulatory requirements

• 3+ years experience in Training working in an LMS
