Job Summary
This position supports applications and systems, projects, and initiatives for ROAR (Rating Operations Analysis Revenue). He/She is responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supports requirements with business, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This position compiles information and maintains the assigned systems and applications through verifying and monitoring production support inquires.

Responsibilities:

• Provides business process support for internal and external customers.
• Collaborates with information systems and business stakeholders.
• Delivers production support and end user training.
• Supervises user acceptance testing.
• Manages the Backlog.
• Coordinates the business and functional requirements.
• Interfaces with internal and external customers, teams, and associates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent Customer Relationship skills
• Completion of Project Management training and Product Owner training
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and Agile methodology
