Product Manager Jobs

We’re recruiting a Product Manager - both Full-Time & Remote Hybrid (2 days Remote), for a Leading Strategic Insurance Advisory Firm focused on driving business growth for employers of all sizes. Combining people and tech, our client offers employers a best-in-class combination of strategic benefit advisory services, analytics, compliance support, HR management tools, and comprehensive insurance offerings.

Building Disruptive Products / Bridging Tech & People / Causing Transformational Change

Core Focuses:

-In this highly visible role, you'll be integral to the Digital Transformation Organization, a key contributor in making the product vision come to life.

-Impactful in establishing real-time digital connectivity between traditional brokers and carriers leveraging platform & services focused on providing enhanced customer experiences throughout entire client lifecycle management.

-Own the backend, two-way API connectivity between Broker Portal and Carrier Portal.

-Own workstreams with Insurance Carriers - Policy APIs and RFP/Q.

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years experience within IT focused roles
• SAFe Certification (Highly Desired).
• Sound understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft 365 Architecture
• Proven experience within an Agile environment
• Successful track history as a Product Manager/Owner in a Digital Transformation Organization
• Proven experience presenting to internal/external stakeholders
• Proven experience in creating user stories
• Prior Insurance Brokerage experience (Highly Desired)
• Sound understanding of API related connectivity
• InsurTech experience (Highly Desired)
• Proven in ownership of Product Roadmaps & Customer Lifecycle Management
