  • Scope and collect customer requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and apply technology and product knowledge to address customer needs
  • Develop specs and requirements for enterprise level media asset management products
  • Project manage system and solution roll outs and define processes for ongoing operational support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders, partners, technology stakeholders to solve complex problems with proposed workflows and technical solutions
  • Oversee multiple product roadmaps, with an emphasis on backend services and features that make tools friendlier, more automated, and deeply integrated with Marketing Operations workflows
  • Lead cross-functional teams and serve as key communication contact with external partners in the assessment, development, integration, and delivery of new interactive applications and platform enhancements
  • Responsible for product stability primary lead on engagement/escalation for support teams and influential on enabling a sustainable infrastructure by presenting the operational growth
  • Create user stories and ensure the integrity of builds prior to launch
  • Manage development team efforts, sprint planning, testing and product roll out
  • Identify solutions, product requirements and execute on critical initiatives for Marketing Supply Chain, from campaign management to asset management, production, and distribution


Qualifications


  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in product development, including requirements analysis, specification development, user design, and implementation
  • Experience managing large, complex initiatives to on-time completion in large matrixed organization
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, project management, and strong formal presentation abilities
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, or analytical skills
  • Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with emerging media technology products and project management
  • Demonstrated ability leading product and technical teams in Agile environment, to rapidly iterate products around evolving business needs
  • Experience in enabling customer workflows and operations


Preferred Qualifications


  • Strong technical understanding of media technology and web services
  • Analytical mind & strong problem-solving capabilities with experience in building business cases, and evolving product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and strategically oriented individuals with exposure to all stages and aspects of product management
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex environments, work with interdisciplinary teams and effectively communicate priorities, delivery expectations, risks and concerns to senior management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – strong and effective public speaking skills


Remote Workers: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.


This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
