Product Development Coordinator Jobs

Our client, a licensee company, is looking for a Product Development Coordinator to join their team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This job will be a hybrid position.

• Pay $25 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all product getting photographed
• Send out color/fab adds
• Manage PD chart with proto sample status and follow up on samples requested as necessary
• Update/revise after each meeting
• Manage all sample logs for ECOM
• Submit samples to buying teams for approval
• Review PO to ensure accuracy
• Review and approve all QC swatches before submittal
• Work directly with buying teams
• Create line sheets using InDesign
• Create and maintain sample tracker for each delivery
• Communicate with the photo team for sample drop off/pick up
• CAD any special requests from buyer
• Set calendar dates to ensure samples are shot for meetings
• Log in all incoming samples, while making sure all tags are correct

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent communication skills
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
