What We Need:

Provide internal and external customers with the best possible service in relation to generating timely and accurate cross reference files, including quotations. Quotations are focused on highly customized labels for the Healthcare Industry, including both acute and non acute settings. Responsibilities are specialized within the Product and Sales Support Function.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Master Data
  • Responsible for cost and profit calculation as well as unit of measure conversion
  • Accountable to hit individual metrics and team metrics focused around quantity of projects provided, turnaround time, and sales conversions
  • Build on to existing internal data used to identify product – validating and updating as needed.
  • Performs detailed review of customer drawings & specifications and cross-references with published technical data sheets and manufacturing capability to determine compliance to requested specifications
  • Accurate quotations and cross files using SAP, variant configuration, and cost models.
  • Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers for pricing and prepares & delivers timely and
  • Understands the need for escalation to leadership relative to barriers that impede turnaround time
  • Performs core job responsibilities with limited supervision and in accordance with standard operating processes
  • Develop product expertise to be able to recommend products for standardization efforts
  • Initiate secondary research and do competitive landscape research
  • Manage and drive projects from start to finish – pulling in teams from other groups as needed
  • And procedures
  • Tracks files and manages projects so that they are consistently moving through the process.
  • Ability to take data and analyze it to present findings and recommendations

What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

  • Ability to take a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional work environment or equivalent job-related experience such as estimating, pricing or engineering work
  • Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Google applications
  • Sales data analytics experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Comfortable problem solving in an ambiguous environment
  • Bilingual speaker in Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field
  • Independent learner and creative solutions thinker
  • Experience with project managing and leading initiatives involving cross functional teams
  • Manufacturing industry
  • Experience working with SAP or equivalent operating system
  • Basic computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite – proficiency in Excel required
  • Ability to work under pressure and to make decisions independently
  • Team player; willing to share job knowledge
  • Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback; passionate about self-development
  • Custom product variant configurators experience
  • Minimum of 2 years within a professional work environment or equivalent job-related experience preferably in the
  • Associates degree, preferably in a technical field
  • Builds relationships and collaborates with other departments
  • Effective time management and prioritization
  • Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details

Annual Salary Range:

(Based upon experience)

$57,300 - $70,200
