Job Description
  • The interviewer can ask about the candidate's experience in negotiating contracts and attending meetings.
  • Experience managing contract renewals from project intake to contract execution. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with the listed toolsets (Coupa, Docusign, Conga, Ironclad, and Zip) and communication skills with stakeholders.

  • The job description is for a Contract Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience in a tech company, who has soft skills to manage relationships with business stakeholders, legal, and vendors.
  • Lastly, the candidate's experience in SAAS contracts, MSÁ, and SLW agreements would be a good fit for the position.
  • The candidate should have experience with toolsets such as Coupa, contract lifecycle management (Conga, Ironclad) and should have managed 20 to 40 contracts on a weekly basis.
  • The candidate's responsibilities will include communication with stakeholders, negotiating contracts, attending meetings, and reviewing contracts.
