Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an Legal Clerk to join our Legal team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions. Be a part of the energy transition and join our growing team, creating intelligent connections across the energy value chain with a strategic focus on growing our offerings in Power & Renewables. The Legal Clerk - Admin is an entry level role that will assist the Enverus legal team with various administrative tasks and help ensure they can efficiently complete their duties. Legal Clerk responsibilities include preparing documents, conducting research and analysis, collecting signatures, and compiling materials. Ultimately, you will work with various Enverus employees, customers, and vendors while helping the Enverus legal team do their duties as efficiently and effectively as possible.

• Respond to requests from Enverus team members
• Administer customer contracting process
• Assist the Enverus legal team on their primary duties

Competitive Candidate Profile:

• Experience or Interest in law, logic, grammar, philosophy, and justice
• Flexible schedule with a commitment to engage
• Capacity to work in Word, salesforce.com, and JIRA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Aptitude for reading, organizing, analyzing, editing, and filing
• Critical thinking
