Overview Procurement Support is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Procurement Department. This includes providing assistance with the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Detailed Job Description The Procurement Support role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Procurement Department. This includes providing assistance with the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. The Procurement Support role is also responsible for providing support to the Procurement Manager and other Procurement staff. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Knowledge of supplier management and contract management
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in procurement or related field
• Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures
• Knowledge of supplier management and contract management

• Assist with the procurement process, including preparing and issuing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to Procurement Manager
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to Procurement Manager
• Assist with the development of procurement strategies
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for Procurement Manager
