2+ years of experience in leading complicated, diverse process improvement analysis

Applied knowledge of process improvement methodologies, techniques and tools

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Experience in a leadership role with strong management skills in a complex matrix environment, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Demonstration of successful coaching/ mentoring, people management and communication skills in a matrix environment.

10+ years experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or regulated industry preferred.

Effective leadership skills with a proven ability to foster global team productivity and cohesiveness.

Partners with Business Process Framework (BPF) and functional leaders to ensure effective delivery of CPE services.

Partners with CPE Liaison and Learning Systems Lead to align on strategy and execution of services.

2 years of experience in project management, health care administration or facilitation.

3 years of relevant work experience including health care regulatory, managed care, compliance, process improvement and/or quality experience required.

Assists the team in carrying out department responsibilities and collaborates with others to support short- and long-term goals/priorities for the department.

Supports the prioritization and implementation of process change requirements based on the critical and high priority project needs.

$85,000 - $90,000 (salary based on relevant experience)

You have proven experience in Process Excellence training and deployment, with a minimum of 5 years experience in process excellence

You have excellent communication skills, with an ability to train team members outside of the traditional quality or process excellence teams

Experience working with technical (electronics, electromechanical) product companies is preferred, but not mandatory

Train concepts in a series of 5-8 classes of ~2 hours each.

Provide materials, to be reviewed and adjusted/adapted together with client Head of Quality
