Engineering and Architecture Practice (EAP) organization within the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) is seeking an Analyst for its Program Management Organization (PMO) team to lead various project management and reporting tasks.

The PMO team works with EAP Project Managers and Senior Management Team to ensure the Book of Work is executed in an effective and compliant manner. The team is responsible for project management governance, oversight advisory and reporting. The PMO Analyst will be part of the team assisting management with early identification and remediation of project management risks and procedural adherence gaps based on the regular review and reporting of the Initiative, Program, and Project management data elements. The role will require knowledge of Program and Project Management fundamentals, including SDLC and Agile methodology, and familiarity with Citi project management procedures and tools. This role also brings opportunities to work on special projects and process improvements, and provides a platform for continued development and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
• Work with PMs and Business Unit Management team to track reported project costs, identify variances, and revise forecasted project costs as needed.
• Develop a good understanding of the ICG O&T Program and Project Management Procedure, Citi PM tools as well other PM guidelines.
• Accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner. Create the weekly and monthly status reports, identify quality standards and metrics to measure achievement of the PM standards.
• Acts as reporting SME in the PMO team and support other PMO functions as needed
• Collect, measure and analyze project management data. Identify, escalate and track to closure the project management issues.

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of Project Management concepts with knowledge of Waterfall and Agile technology methodologies.
• Preferred 2-5 years experience in a PM/PMO role (or similar) in an IT project industry with proven success.
• Ability to work as part of a team, and also independently under own supervision.
• Project management training / certification is desirable.
• Attention to detail to ensure precision of data and overall quality of outputs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint is required. Knowledge of Citi PM Tools (incl. PTS 2.0, ServiceNow) is desirable.
• Ability to analyze data and grasp issues, draw conclusions, and identify trends.
• Quick learner and able to work in a diverse, global environment.
• Strong communication, written, and organizational skills is a must.
• Ability to support multiple work streams and work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
