Court Analyst - Quality Assurance (Hybrid & Part-Time)

Our Court Compliance department is seeking an analytical thinker, who enjoys problem solving, has a keen sense to detail and possesses excellent time management skills to join their team as a Court Analyst on a part-time basis.

This position plays an integral role in the Clerk’s office by assuring the quality of information inputted and processed in our Case Management System is accurate and in compliance with the Court.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing internal reports, data collection and collaborating with other departments within the Clerk's office to find efficiencies and more! Collaborating with these departments will give you the opportunity to work as a team and learn more about Felony law, Civil law, Family law, Misdemeanor/Traffic law and more!

This position is eligible to receive 5% premium pay, which has been reflected in the salary advertised. The stipend will no longer apply should the employee transfer out of this position.

Examples of Duties

• Recommends additional or refresher training based on error volume or trends
• Collects, organizes, and analyzes data used to review and determine the need for improvement in operational processes
• Receives and/or generates a variety of reports in Civil and Criminal; reviews report content against the case maintenance system to ensure accuracy; compiles discrepancies identified between the report and the case maintenance system; escalates issues identified to management
• Reviews errors and omissions, including issues resulting from conversion; reports findings to assigned management for correction
• Reviews and evaluates the work processed by other clerks for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and completeness in duties performed; reports findings to assigned management
• Researches various items specific to the assigned work area; reports findings to assigned management for correction

Typical Qualifications

High school diploma (or GED), supplemented by three (3) years of recent and relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to accurately apply acute attention to detail in maintenance of detailed data, preferably in an automated systems environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Some vocational or college courses preferred. Once qualified, deputization may be required to perform the assigned functions.
