• Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date, ensuring the overall integrity of the programs
• Establishes a cross-functional network and fosters collaboration with suppliers, wider supply chain organization, engineering, quality, and product management
• Identify partner opportunities, enter agreements with facilities and program partners, follow up to ensure all obligations are met, and lead efforts to quantify impacts
• Owns the vendor performance data and reports metrics to leadership
• Responsible for building short and long-term Packaging category strategy to ensure operational efficiencies
• Initiate and execute existing packaging programs to drive action and ensure their success, including project management, impact measurement and reporting, partner management facilitation, and stakeholder relations

• Familiar with Heating ventilation and Refrigeration products procurement
• PMP- Project management skills , Scouting opportunities for cost saving through all desired categories (Copper, Steel and Packaging)
• Part/Supplier rationalization, alternate sourcing, Localization and NPD
• Setting targets and priorities to the stake holders
• Expertise in cost saving, engineering analysis and project management
• Compare and identify opportunities based on the inputs provided.
• Supplier validation and consideration in terms of cost analysis
• Cost and Technical feasibility study for alternate components /materials
• 10+ Years of experience with sourcing and Supply chain activities for HVAC products
• Dealing with Project owners , attending major steering committee meetings, and plan deliverables accordingly
• Perform spend analysis (If required) to arrive the list of products /Parts for cost containments.
• Responsible for providing financial support for planning and control and P&L management, considerations and reporting of financial results.
• Identify key Reporting requirements for various business departments/categories.
• Detailed report by factory location of all parts (Across categories) to be moved from supplier A to supplier B and or add supplier C, D as alternate sources.
• Validating and analyze supplier quotes and other repots sent by supplier /Team.
