What Will I be Doing?

The Analyst Tel Business Operations develops, analyzes, and distributes accurate and timely information for multiple HGV marketing programs and is responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Reviews key financial data with business leaders on a regular basis and communicates all trends, deviations, and efficiencies.
• Analyzes month-end financials.
• Researches and reconciles discrepancies with the data on a daily basis.
• Automates and enhances the reporting structure as needed.
• Prepares ad hoc analysis and reporting for areas of the business.
• Performs special projects as assigned by management.
• Prepares and analyzes marketing package pro formas.
• Setup and maintain sales locations & supplier information.
• Monitors performance and recommends compensation plan adjustments as necessary.
• Cross train within departmental areas.
• Develops and administers timely reporting schedules to support management and the business strategy.
• Reviews and updates monthly forecast.
• Develops and analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ensures that the integrity of the reports is maintained.
• Processes month-end general ledger entries, accruals, invoices, and payment requests.
• Prepares budget and forecast reports.
• Analyzes sales and marketing programs and assists in identifying performance trends.

• BA/BS/Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Ability to learn new applications and tools
• Ability to set priorities and handle multiple requests
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Follow-up skills
• 0-3 Years related experience
