We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an accomplished Actress/Comedian based in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the entertainment industry and preferably have supported an actor, comedian, or TV personality before. This role will require occasional on-set support and travel, so flexibility and adaptability are essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally.
- A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the Actress/Comedian's schedule.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience working in the entertainment industry, preferably as a personal assistant to an actor, comedian, or TV personality.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for occasional travel and running errands.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and priorities.
- Familiarity with the demands and dynamics of the entertainment industry, including on-set environments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal tasks, including managing household schedules, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and running errands.
- Conduct research and compile information as required for projects, scripts, auditions, or other professional engagements.
- Manage the daily schedule and calendar for the Actress/Comedian, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining databases.
- Provide on-set support during filming or live performances, ensuring all necessary arrangements and logistics are in place.
- Liaise with production teams, agents, publicists, and other industry professionals to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and managing travel itineraries.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Manage expenses, including tracking receipts, reconciling credit card statements, and preparing expense reports.
- Assist with social media management, content creation, and maintaining an online presence for the Actress/Comedian, as needed.
- Provide occasional support during events, premieres, interviews, or public appearances.
Schedule: Typical business hours - approximately 9-5 PM PST, with flexibility as needed. There will be some overtime in this role.
Compensation: $80K, benefits stipend, and retirement plan
Location: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid)
