Personal Assistant Jobs

A busy executive based in Tarrytown, NY would like to hire an experienced and tech-savvy assistant to provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be college educated, exceptionally organized, pivot between tasks easily, and have great communication skills.

The Personal Assistant's Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Arrange appointments, conduct research, and maintain a master contact spreadsheet.
• Plan and oversee events.
• Troubleshoot household systems including computer, wi-fi, cable, printers, etc.
• Various administrative duties on behalf of the principal.
• Drive the principal into the city in her vehicle on occasion.
• Prepare and update calendars, schedules, and to-do list for the principal.
• Travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and reservations.
• Run errands, and purchase gifts.

This is a full -time position working Monday through Friday, 35 to 40 hours per week. There will be an opportunity for some of the hours to be worked remotely once established. Compensation up to $55.00 per hour depending on your experience and qualifications.
