Job Description

Director of Performance Marketing

The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and ecommerce for all of ASPYR Holdings franchises:Orangetheory® Fitness and Restore Hyper Wellness®.

We are one of the largest franchisee platforms within Orangetheory® Fitness, operating and overseeing 47 studios in San Diego County, Orange County, Long Beach, San Francisco and East Bay regions of California.


In addition, we have added to our portfolio another brand of wellness to complement our brand.Restore Hyper Wellness is the award-winning creator of an innovative new category of care – Hyper Wellness®.Restore delivers expert guidance and an extensive array of cutting-edge health modalities, such as IV drips, cryotherapy, light therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy – all under one roof.These modalities help people feel their best so they can do more of what they love.Restore makes preventative health care and proven recovery and anti-aging therapies more accessible than ever.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic business alignment of measurement/analytics on behalf of clients
  • Help team members organize and plan the work (project management), prioritize based on needs, monitor productivity
  • Maintain knowledge on emerging trends and market players
  • Utilize informed data to drive media performance via media plans and optimization strategies
  • Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports to grow them to the next level in their careers
  • Track statistics and results to inform media buying and planning that pushes innovation, improves efficiency, and meets KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to drive business impact
  • Identify new market segments that will benefit from company products and services
  • Direct, execute, manage, and deliver best-in-class advertising and lead generation campaigns
  • Develop solid relationships with cross-functional teams and client business partners
  • Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
  • Provide analytical leadership in cross-channel measurement and clearly present brand message to various audiences


Qualifications:

  • Experience and / or education in Fitness/Wellness a plus
  • 5+ years' experience managing team(s), preferably in the marketing/media analytics space
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects across internal teams
  • Strong team player and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in/with a marketing agency a plus
  • Strong presenter with persuasive communication skills and ability to confidently discuss results with all levels
  • Experience with digital campaign measurement and optimization. Direct experience with online direct marketing or online media performance analysis
  • 5+ years of business/marketing analytics experience
