How You Will Make a Difference


What you will do:


  • Leverage data to identify channel optimization opportunities and consumer segmentation enhancements aimed at accelerating growth
  • Stay current on data privacy updates, trends, and technologies in the digital marketing space
  • Brief in creative assets based on campaign objectives and product priorities
  • Support the Performance Media Manager in the development, execution, and optimization of on-going paid media strategies to drive & capture demand across key channels (SEM, Social, Display, and Affiliate)
  • Product feed management
  • Track and optimize campaign tactics to ensure performance growth goals and objectives are being met effectively and efficiently
  • Assist in building Performance media goals and objectives focused on both acquisition & retention in partnership with the Vans Digital Team and agency partners
  • Socialize campaign performance results with actionable business insights


How you will do it:


  • Partner with the Media Manager and any relevant stakeholders to identify priorities and product initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members and agency partners to execute and measure enhanced and integrated digital marketing campaigns, aligned with business goals.


What success looks like:


  • Ability to continuously evolve and enhance the media plan to evolve with Van’s priorities and consumer trends
  • Integration and collaboration with larger media team for cohesive execution across the funnel
  • Seamless execution and optimization of performance media plans based on aligned KPIs and business outcomes

Skills For Success


Years of Related Professional Experience: 2 years


Educational Position Requirements:


A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.


What we expect you already know:


  • Experience managing affiliate programs (preferred, not required)
  • Attention to detail, strong organization skills
  • Experience managing and optimizing Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and programmatic offerings with performance objectives
  • Strong analytical and excel skills with the ability to quickly isolate data and insights
  • Experience in SEM (Brand, Non-Brand, PMAX, Shopping) using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid search platforms
  • 2 years of experience in customer driven digital marketing, advertising, or eCommerce

Pay Range:


$49,600.00 USD - $74,400.00 USD annually


Incentive Potential:


This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
