Job Description

The Opportunity:



We’re expanding the Team! We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a BDR Team Lead. Procom is one of North America’s leading staffing and contract workforce services providers. A privately held company, Procom has been deeply committed to continuous growth and improvement for both us and our clients.


Reporting to the U.S. Backoffice Coordinator, a successful Payment and Billing Specialist will be responsible for preforming various Backoffice functions listed below and meet assigned deadlines, in a team environment but be able to work independently.


  • Processing VMS feed and resolve exceptions daily.
  • Identify and resolve system anomalies and discrepancies and escalate problems to team lead and IT department.
  • Follow up on outstanding timesheet and VMS exceptions until they are resolved.
  • Run and import hours from the timesheet system onto FBO
  • Reconciles payment prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
  • Processing VMS feed and resolve exceptions daily.
  • Submit invoices in clients billing portals.
  • Process Perm Placements invoicing
  • Give high priority to processing W2 contractors’ hours in order to meet ADP deadlines.
  • Transaction Payment and Billing adjustments
  • Follow up on missing timesheets so Invoices can be released to client in a timely manner.
  • Prepares Direct Deposit and Wire Transfer files as per payment schedules.
  • Booking commission chargeback’s e.g., backchecks, discounts
  • Processing consultant’s expense claims
  • Prepare single and consolidated invoices, release as per client requirements.
  • Follow up on missing client purchase orders.
  • Reviewing and processing timesheets daily.
  • Identify any errors in overtime based on State legislation.
  • Resolves any Backoffice related inquiries via Hotfix tickets


Skills & Experience

  • Detail Oriented
  • Solid computer experience with quick, accurate PC keyboarding and navigating skills
  • Demonstrates an ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
  • Ability to meet daily pay deadlines by certain times
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
