The Role:

Leapcure is looking for a Patient Success Coordinator to lead empathetic conversations with patients to determine clinical trial eligibility.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys making an impact, especially for people within the rare disease space, and can drive forward positive interactions for the success of both the patient and the study.

An ideal candidate is comfortable in both one-on-one conversations and sharing ideas with the Patient Success team, can foster connections and is curious about different ways to improve outreach efforts.


What You’ll Do:

  • Execute site onboarding calls and manage communication with site coordinators
  • Develop and continuously improve insights strategies and sharing
  • Support development of patient-facing and client materials
  • Lead communication/escalation with internal teams to support resolution of key challenges and execute proper tasks during the day
  • Manage process for contacting and connecting with patient referrals
  • Manage client expectations regarding patient and site conversion and support client success/project management teams on patient and site performance topics


What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong written and verbal English language skills (other languages a plus)
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional work
  • Able to handle high volumes of phone calls and emails
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • 2+ years in a high-touch customer service environment
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Fast-paced patient experience or customer service/sales experience
  • Performance data analysis and using data to improve patient conversion
  • Experience with data entry and basic tools such as Excel
  • Ability to display empathy and sensitivity to patients


Additional Qualifications:

  • Google Workspace experience
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Startup experience a plus; healthcare experience also a plus

This is a full-time exempt position with a starting salary range of $45K - $55K
