• Handle payment collection and fee processing.
• Stay up-to-date with tourism trends by attending travel seminars.
• Resolve travel-related issues, complaints, and refund requests.
• Consult with clients to determine their specific travel needs and preferences.
• Offer guidance on suitable modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate client information and financial records.
• Meet sales targets and achieve profit goals.
• Plan wellness travel itineraries for various purposes, such as leisure, romantic getaways, group travel, and business trips.
• Make transportation and hotel reservations on behalf of clients.
