35 hours/week; 100% remote; Max Pay rate 24 /hr; One of these positions is to cover my coordinator who will go out on maternity. As far as I know, she is not planning on taking more time than 12 weeks, but something could happen so she needs more time – I would say yes to extension for one of them. Both will need to be technically proficient – they will learn salesforce & CVENT, have an eye for detail to review course websites. They also need a decent internet connection that can support team zoom calls. The hybrid employee will also support the Monday.com project management data transition, so will need to be comfortable using excel..

Description:

Coordinates and has direct responsibility for a program, project, event or program. Creates and implements administrative systems to manage area of responsibility. Serves as main source of information, effectively responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, academic collaborators. Prepares and maintains records, reports, budget and plans. May maintain a web page, website, or program materials. Requires 2 to 3 years of related experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction. Able to plan, prioritize, and track work. Basic or better proficiency on common office software.

Works on special projects, including course data migration & customer address updates. May help with course development tasks as well as help supporting virtual courses and associated tasks.
