Patient Care Coordinator - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking a talented Aesthetic Consultant to join our team and help us create an unrivaled client experience for all patients. As an Aesthetic Consultant, you will embody our company culture and values while maintaining an expert level knowledge of all our products and services as well as competitive products and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the point person for all in studio clients, from escorting them within the facility to providing both pre- and post-procedure guidelines for care, recovery and optimal results.
Maintain detailed records within our client management system with regard to patient procedures, outcomes and other required medical input.
Manage individual client consulting as needed for our products and services.
Proactively and within the context of individual client needs, cross-sell other company products and services on a consultative basis.
Support the maintenance of the OVME aesthetic within procedure and consult spaces.
Ensure procedure and consult spaces are maintained in a healthy and clean manner.
Report to Studio Manager.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise
Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable industry experience.
2-5 years concentrated experience in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, injectables, and all other premium aesthetic services is preferred.
Medical CRM experience a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented collaborative team environment.
Social media management experience.
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
Team player mentality.
Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Extremely detail-oriented.
Self-starter and passion for learning.
Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
