Responsibilities
Utilize computer terminals to verify, enter, retrieve, and edit data, ensuring speed and accuracy at all times.
Enter data from various source documents such as cancelled checks, sales reports, or bills into specific data fields, using keyboards or scanners.
Compile, sort, and meticulously verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Proactively identify and correct any data entry errors, or promptly report them to supervisors.
Compare data with source documents and utilize verification formats to detect and rectify any errors.
Maintain detailed logs of activities and completed work, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
Requirements
5-9 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field, showcasing your expertise and familiarity with data management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail and outstanding time management abilities.
Strong ability to accurately document and record customer/client information, demonstrating your commitment to precision.
Exceptional data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 7000+ key strokes per hour.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word, showcasing your advanced knowledge of these essential tools.
Successful completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test, emphasizing your efficiency and accuracy.
