Job Description
We are a natural healthcare practice, dedicated to the health and wellbeing of our community. At our Natural Health Center, we provide personalized wellness plans through Nutrition Response Testing and Nutrition Coaching. The Opportunity

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your coordination skills, your passion for new tech tools, and your ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous work environment.
Responsibilities and Areas of Need
As a valued member of our team, you will have the chance to make a real impact by:
Organizing and promptly responding (within 24 hours) to daily customer communications via email, phone, voicemail, and text message with clear and empathetic language.
Coordinating with customers online to schedule appointments, manage intake paperwork, order supplements, and ensure seamless service logistics.
Preparing appointment templates and necessary support for practitioners to enhance the customer experience.
Collecting wellness plan details from practitioners and creating comprehensive reports of findings.
Coordinating with our inventory manager to ensure efficient tracking of patient supplements and orders.
Maintaining administrative routines using established checklists and process SOPs.
Performing research for the CEO, clients, and other projects, as needed.
Creating and maintaining SOPs, checklists, and other documentation for streamlined team communication and optimized processes.
